Yes — all purchases are final sale. Every order is created just for you, which means we cannot offer returns or exchanges unless there’s a quality issue.

Orders are produced and shipped as quickly as possible. Most items arrive within 7–14 business days, depending on your location and current production times. You’ll receive tracking info as soon as your order ships.

Can I change or cancel my order once it is placed?
Because each item is made to order, changes and cancellations can only be accepted within 24 hours of purchase. After that, production begins and we’re unable to make adjustments.
